Q. How do I deposit money to my account?

A: Below are the steps to deposit money.

1. Login to your account at The Spartan Poker and click on ‘DEPOSIT NOW’ button.

2. Please specify the deposit amount and click on ‘Submit’ button.

3. You will be redirected to our payment gateway partner page, where you can choose the right option to make a deposit.

 

Q. What payment options are available?

A: We accept payments via Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Net banking. 
 

Q.  What is the minimum & maximum amount I can deposit?

A: The minimum amount of deposit in a single transaction is INR 100 and the maximum amount is INR 5,00,000.

 

Q. I deposited money on The Spartan Poker. The amount was debited from my bank account but did not get credited in my Spartan account. What should I do?

A: In rare cases, player deposits do not automatically reflect in The Spartan Poker account. This can be due to an issue in the internet connection during the payment process and/or an error at the payment gateway's end.

In such a scenario you can contact our support team via email on support@thespartanpoker.com with the transaction details or live chat with us on The Spartan Poker. Please note our support team is available from Monday to Sunday between 9:30 am to 12.00 am. All request received outside working hours will be resolved on the next working day.

Q. How to withdraw money?

A: You can withdraw all your winnings in your bank account at any time by placing a cashout/withdrawal request.

Here are the steps to make a withdrawal request:-

1. Login to your account at The Spartan Poker and click on the ‘Withdraw’ button.

2. Add your bank account details and click on the 'ADD button'.

3. Enter all the relevant information required and then hit the Cashout button.

4. Upon receiving your request, provided all the information given is accurate, your cashout request will be processed within 1 business day (Monday – Saturday).

5. Cashout request received after 4pm will be processed on the next business day.

6. Please note that the minimum cashout amount is INR 500. PAN card scan submission is mandatory for cashout. Other documents towards address proof may also be required as informed by Accounts/Support team.

 

Q. What is the cashout policy and process?

A: The minimum cashout amount is INR 500. There is no restriction on the maximum amount and number of cashouts. For all cashouts, player must submit a scan of their PAN card. Additional proof towards address may also have to be submitted if required by accounts team.

From Monday - Friday: Your cashout is processed on a working day if the request is placed before 4pm. Cashout request received after 4pm will be processed on the next business day.

On Saturday: Your cashout is processed on a working day if the request is placed before 3pm. Cashout request received after 3pm will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: We do not process cashout request on Sunday's. Any request received on Sunday will be processed on next working day. Also, being a bank holiday on 2nd and 4th Saturday, cashout request will be processed on next working day.


Q. What are the possibilities of a cashout request denial?

A: Cash out request can be denied due to reasons mentioned below:

1. Incomplete profile information.

2. PAN details mismatch with Spartan account information.

3. Collusion or chip dumping

Q. What is the TDS policy?

A: With effect from April 01, 2018, Withdrawals on The Spartan Poker are subject to withholding tax (TDS) as per applicable rates (i.e. 30% currently plus cess and surcharge of 0.9%), which is submitted to the Indian tax authorities under section 194B of the Income Tax Act.

TDS will only be deducted from qualifying withdrawals. It is calculated at the time of the withdrawal and is on the amount withdrawn in a single day IST (Indian Standard Time) from 04:00 PM to 03:59 PM in excess of INR 10,000. In these cases, you will be required to furnish your Permanent Account Number (PAN) duly issued to you by the Income Tax authorities if you have not already done so.

However, we neither advise you nor shall in any manner be responsible for your individual tax matters.

We reserve the right to verify your PAN from time to time and to cancel any prize should your PAN be found inconsistent in our verification process.

Please note that in case if a player is in category of Elite and Gladiator on the date of withdrawal, The Spartan Poker will bear TDS liability as may be applicable under the relevant act on your net winnings for the period.
